墾丁國家公園曾於民國73年至75年間委託進行「墾丁國家公園內海藻之研究」，距今已相隔30餘年，期間偶有針對長期生態監測樣點進行藻類調查，已許久未曾進行園區大型藻類普查。本研究由108年1月至109年6月30日期間，進行6次調查，分別於2019年1月22-27日、4月21-26日、6月24-29日、10月15-20日、2020年1月4-9日、4月24-29日進行調查。潮間帶測站採樣，配合退潮時間於白天進行調查，潮下帶以水肺潛水(SCUBA)方法進行。使用工具或徒手採集海藻，同時進行採集地的GPS定位，採集後的海藻會在實驗室進行基因定序及型態鑑定。環境因子測量，在採樣同時以野外測量儀器記錄水深、水溫等，營養鹽則採集水樣，回到陸上時進行測量其總磷、總氮含量。本研究期間在墾丁海域15樣點進行6次採集，共計鑑定出大型海藻247種，包括綠藻48種、褐藻36種、紅藻161種和藍綠藻2種，其中墾丁海域新紀錄種有131種，包括綠藻16種、褐藻14種、紅藻100種和藍綠藻1種。在墾丁海域過往文獻紀錄的大型海藻總計有239種，包括綠藻54種、褐藻56種、紅藻124種和藍綠藻5種；其中115種在本次採樣中有再採集到，有123種未再採集到。綜合過去文獻紀錄大型海藻種類及本研究鑑定出的種類，墾丁海域大型海藻的種類至少有370種，包括綠藻70種、褐藻70種、紅藻224種和藍綠藻6種。

英文計劃名稱：The biodiversity of macroalgae from the coasts of Kenting National Park, Taiwan
英文摘要：Kenting National Park Headquarters commissioned the "Studies on Seaweeds in Kenting National Park" project from 1973 to 1975. It has been more than 30 years since then. During this period, macroalgae surveys were occasionally conducted for long-term ecological monitoring sites, and macroalgae in the park have not been conducted for a long time. Census. In this study, we conducted 6 surveys from January 108 to June 30, 2019, which were conducted on January 22-27, April 21-26, June 24-29, and October 15-20, 2019 and January 4-9, April 24-29, 2020. We conducted the surveys at intertidal zone stations during the low tide time, and scuba diving (SCUBA) methods are used for subtidal zones. Seaweeds are collected by tools or bare hands, and GPS positioning of the collection site are carried out at the same time. The seaweeds collected will be genetically sequenced and morphologically identified in the laboratory. For environmental factors measurement, water depth, water temperature etc. are recorded with field measuring instruments while sampling. While water samples are collected for nutrients, and the total phosphorus and total nitrogen content are measured when we return to the laboratory. During this study, we conducted 6 collections at 15 sampling sites in the sea area of Kenting National Park, and a total of 247 species of macroalgae were identified, including 48 species of green algae, 36 species of brown algae, 161 species of red algae and 2 species of blue-green algae. Among them, 131 species are newly recorded in the sea area of Kenting National Park are, including 16 green algae, 14 brown algae, 100 red algae and 1 blue-green algae. There are a total of 239 species of macroalgae recorded in the previous literature in the waters of Kenting National Park, including 54 species of green algae, 56 species of brown algae, 124 species of red algae, and 5 species of blue-green algae. Among them, 115 species were collected in this study, 123 Species have not been collected. Based on the previous macroalgae records and the species identified in this study, there are at least 370 species of macroalgae in the waters of Kenting National Park, including 70 species of green algae, 70 species of brown algae, 224 species of red algae and 6 species of blue-green algae.
