108年度墾丁國家公園南仁湖濕地周圍步道以及湖區濕地植物多樣性普查

南仁湖位於墾丁國家公園東北部南仁山生態保護區內，是公告的國家
重要濕地，但近年來卻顯示因自然演替而陸化嚴重。本研究在 2019 年冬季
(2 月)、春季(5 月)、夏季(8 月)和秋季(11 月)各一次踏查湖區內濕地、步道、溝渠中所有水生植物之種類組成，並製作成名錄，與 2000 年來各年度調查之普查名錄比較，並且重新調查吳首賢(2003)和陳依盈(2013)在 2000 和 2012年所設立調查的樣區，了解植物豐量和多樣性的變化，結果顯示不論是在整個湖區分散樣區的調查結果或是集中在主湖西南角草澤設立的樣帶複查結
果，都顯示陸生植物不論是種類或是豐量都有急速增加的趨勢，且出現大型入侵禾草以及木本植物種類比 7 年前增加了 8 種，顯示南仁湖區持續陸化且正往森林生態系演替中，此結果使得小型稀有水生植物的生存受到威脅，建議對目前仍生長有瀕危水生植物生長的生育地位置人為移除競爭種類，並先以移地保育將這些物種種源保護起來。

英文摘要：Nenren Lake is located in Nanjenshan Ecological Reserve Area which is situated at the northeastern corner of Kentin National Park. Though Nanren Lake is claimed as a national important wetland, it is suspected to become gradually terrestrialized in recen years due to natural succession. This study is to investigate the wetland vegetation speices composition between September to November in 2018 and to compare with the plant inventory before to understand the dynamic of vegetation succession. We resurveyed the plots established in 2000 by Shou-Hsien Wu (2003) and compared the results with him and I-Ying Chen (2013) to understand the change of species abundance and diversity. The results show that either the restuls from the plots inventery in whole lake region or the transect of the southwesten marsh of main lake, the terrestrial plants have fast increased of species number and abundance. The large invasive grass and woody species occupied into the marsh region of the lake. The extra 8 woody species appeared in the region compared to 7 years ago. The lake region of Nanren Lake will turn into the forest ecosystem rapidly due to seriously terrestialize of the lake marsh. This threaten the endangered water plant species. We suggest that the habitats of the endangered species could be weeded for other invasers to insure the species living. Furthermore, ex situ conservation could apply to enhace the species protection.
