I have a land in
the national park, which is
prescribed as the agricultural land
in common control area; how about
the building coverage ratio if I
would like to construct the house?
Does it relax after the second
overall review? |

1. According to article 29
of Planning, Protection and Use Principles
of Kenting National Park, the building
coverage ratio shall not exceed 5% if the
farmhouse is newly constructed in the
agricultural land; if it is the original
legal farmhouse before the bulletin and
implementation of Kenting Special Scenery
Area Plan or Kenting National Park Plan, the
building coverage ratio shall be 10% in the
reconstruction, addition, rebuilding and
reparation. Therefore, the building coverage
ratio of original legal house will be 10%,
and that of the newly constructed part will
be only 5%. In addition, the use of
agricultural land has been described in
detail in article 29 of Planning, Protection
and Use Principles of Kenting National Park,
please read and refer to it carefully before
using the land.
2.The second overall review of Kenting
National Park has been bulletined and
implemented at the end of August 2004; for
the building coverage ratio of agricultural
land, only that of original legal house is
relaxed to 10% in the reconstruction,
addition, rebuilding and reparation, and
that of others is still 5%. |

How to apply for
the land zoning and use certificate
and when can get it? |

The letter of application
shall be prepared and the following
documents shall be attached when applying
for the land zoning and use certificate:
1. The original or 1 copy of cadastral map
apograph(electronic apograph or paper
apograph)within 3 months; if it is the copy,
the sample “this copy is the same with the
original, and the applicant would like to
undertake the legal liability if there is
any falseness” shall be marked.
2. The original or 1 copy of land register
apograph(electronic apograph or paper
apograph)shall be attached when applying for
the agricultural land and cultivated land
certificate; if it is the copy, the sample
“this copy is the same with the original,
and the applicant would like to undertake
the legal liability if there is any
falseness” shall be marked.
The land zoning and use
certificate(agricultural land and cultivated
land certificate)shall be transacted in 3
working days. |

Why is the consent
of the administration of national
park necessary when I level up my
own land and how to apply? |
|
|
According to article 14 of
National Park Law, the reclamation and use
alteration of land within the national park
must obtain the permission of the
administration of national park. The
operating flow to transact the land
leveling-up application is as follows:
1. The applicant can download the
application form online, attach the
ownership certificate(the land register
apograph within 10 days, duplicate of land
ownership certificate, letter of consent of
land owner)and 1 copy of cadastral map and
bring forward the application to the
administration.
2. The administration will dispatch the
personnel to perambulate within 14 days
after accepting the land leveling-up
application and reply the auditing result to
the applicant by letter. |
