      106年墾丁國家公園轄內社區進行 環境教育設施場所認證之可行性 評估委託專業服務計畫
      本計畫由墾丁國家公園管理處委託針對社頂部落、水蛙窟部落、里德社區、龍水社區、滿州協會、大光社區、港口社區、永靖社區及後灣社區進行推動環境教育設施場所認證可行性評估,透過環境教育設施場所標準評選,最後以里德社區被列為最先輔導之社區。之後針對里德社區進行環境教育主題課程設計、培力社區成員及體驗課程實施。
      評選方式除以評估表進行評分外,在計畫前期也與各社區理事長/總幹事進行探訪收集質性資料,隨後三場聯合說明會也發放問卷供社區成員填寫、並舉辦體驗課程作為佐證資料依據。
      在輔導社區上則以社區成員培力、環境教育主題課程及體驗課程實施三大項進行,社區成員培力將依據社區時間排定教案設計解說、生物解說培訓及教案實作進行,以培養社區成員了解環境教育課程設計及專業能力補強為主,並委由社區推派人員拿取環境教育人員證照供未來教學環境教育課程用;在主題課程環境教育主題課程則依據十二年一貫教學綱要及環境教育目標進行環境教育課程設計,依照「生態旅遊」、「文化探訪」、「山海保育」及「食農教育」四個不同主題加入不同環境教育議題及在地社區元素,委請各級學校老師審查,也透過體驗課程試行教學,並修正環境教育課程,最後編撰程學習手冊與解說手冊;體驗課程實施則配合在地中小學學校進入社區實行遊程,在未來以發展校本位課程,達到社區能永續發展目標。
      最終,為里德社區做好四套主題環境教育課程,並培力社區成員環境教育教學之能力,補足部分環境教育設施場所認證之條件。

      英文摘要:The plan is commissioned by the Kenting national park management office for the feasibility evaluation of promoting environmental education facility certification for Sheding tribe, Shuiwaku tribe, Reed community, Longshui community, Man-Jhou association, Daguang community, Guangkou community, Yungjing community, and Houwang community. Through the selection of the environmental education facility standard, Reed community is listed as the first tutored community. After that, Reed community is experienced the environmental education theme curriculum design, empowering community membership and experiential curriculum.
      Besides grading on rating evaluation sheet, the selection mode includes collecting qualitative data through visiting the chairman/director general of various communities at the early stage of the plan, then to provide questionnaires for community members to fill out in three joint explanation sessions, and to hold experiential curriculum as supporting information.
      In the tutored community, three major projects are carried out, including empowering community membership, environmental education theme curriculum and experiential curriculum. Empowering community membership will be scheduled according to community time for lesson plan design interpretation, biological training and curriculum implementation, to foster community members to understand environmental education curriculum design and reinforce professional ability, and to appoint personnel of the community to take the environmental education personnel certification for the future teaching the environmental education curriculum. For the theme curriculum, the environmental education theme curriculum design is based on the consistent teaching program for twelve years and the environmental education target, and various environmental education issues and the elements in the community are joined with four different themes, including "ecological tourism", "cultural visit", "mountain and sea conservation" and "food agriculture education". Through the review of school teachers at all levels, experiment teaching of experiential curriculum, and the correction of environmental education curriculum, the curriculum learning handbook and commentary manual are compiled. The experiential curriculum will be coordinated with the tours of the primary and secondary schools in the communities, in the future, to develop the school-based curriculum and achieve the sustainable development goals of the community.
      Finally, for Reed community, to implement the four environmental education theme curriculum, to empower the teaching ability of the environmental education for community membership, and to make up some certification conditions of the education facilities environment.
